Bio: Rev. Dr. Daniel Meister is the Lead Pastor at Zion. Pastor Daniel completed his B.A. in Religion/Philosophy at Roberts Wesleyan College in New York, his Master of Divinity at Colgate Rochester Divinity School also in New York and his Doctorate of Ministry at Drew University in New Jersey. Joyce Orr

Teaching Pastor

Bio: As Teaching Pastor, Joyce Orr directs the Adult Christian Education & Discipleship program (ACED)'  Joyce holds a bachelor's degree from U.C.'s College of Business Administration and has worked for many years in the computer industry. Joyce's passions range from storytelling to theology. A lifelong member of Zion, Joyce is also a member of the Network of Biblical Storytellers (www.nbsint.org) and co-coordinator of the CinDay Guild of the Network (www.cinday.org.) Matt Hursh

Millstone Youth Director

Bio: Matt is a graduate of Norwood High School. He has experience as a Youth Leader and works alongside of Zion's Youth Ministry Team. He is ecumenical, passionate, knows youth culture, and has a strong desire for young people to know Jesus Christ and to live their lives for Him.

Judy White

Choir Director, Minister of Music

Bio: Judy White directs the Chancel Choir. Judy is best known for her many years of teaching music at Norwood High School. She also leads the very successful Norwood Community Chorus. Judy is a graduate of Capital University in Columbus, OH.

Claire Lee

Organist/Keyboardist

Bio: Claire Lee joined the church staff at Zion in Fall of 1997. Claire plays the organ, piano and keyboards for church services and accompanies the Chancel Choir and the Kidz Choir. Claire received her Bachelor of Music degree from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She also holds a Masters in Accompanying. She's been playing professionally for 25 years.

Janet Winter

Youth Choir Director

Bio: Janet Winter directs our Zion Church Youth Choir. Janet brings a passion for loving children while encouraging them to be their best for the Lord!

Linda Read

Secretary to Staff and Congregation

Bio: Linda Read has been a member of St. John UCC in Reading, Ohio for 39 years. At St. John, Linda sings in the choir has served on the Christian Education Board and was head Deacon. She still serves as an Elder there. Linda has been married for 40 years and has 3 grown children and several grandchildren.
